Embraer handed over the first Legacy 650 business jet on 22 November to UK entrepreneur and television personality Alan Sugar.

The large-cabin aircraft - G-SUGA - will be based at London Stansted airport, where it will be managed by Titan Airways' new business aviation offshoot Titan Airways Executive, which will also market the Legacy 650 for third-party charter use.

The 13-seat Legacy 650 was launched a year ago as a long-range version of the Legacy 600 and as a rival to other large-cabin entrants, including the Bombardier Challenger 605, Dassault Falcon 2000LX, Gulfstream G350 and G450.

The aircraft has a range of 3,900nm (7,225km) with four passengers and a Honeywell Primus Elite flightdeck.
