United Airlines has begun codesharing on Air New Zealand's domestic operations between Auckland and Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown. All Nippon Airways (ANA) has replaced the Boeing 747-400s on its daily Tokyo-Chicago services with smaller, 233-seat Boeing 777-200ERs. The recently delivered ER version will be the first 777s operated by ANA to the USA. Delta Air Lines is expanding services to Latin America and the Caribbean. Daily flights will be added from Atlanta to Nassau, Bahamas, and Providenciales, Turks and Caicos; Cincinnati to San Juan, Puerto Rico; and New York Kennedy to Aruba and Grand Cayman. Subsidiary Delta Connection will introduce regional jet services to Mexico, with flights from Dallas/Fort Worth to Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey and Puebla, and from Atlanta to Monterrey. Delta has also applied to codeshare on Air Jamaica services from New York Kennedy to Port of Spain, Trinidad, via Barbados, and from Phoenix to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Cargolux Airlines will inaugurate twice weekly services between Luxembourg and Seoul, South Korea, on 9 June using Boeing 747-400 freighters. US Airways began daily services from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Frankfurt on 11 May. Continental Airlines is to begin twice-daily non-stop services between Oakland International Airport and New York Newark International Airport from 1 August, using Boeing 737-700s. Trans World Airlines is expanding services at Los Angeles, increasing flights to New York Kennedy and St Louis, Missouri, and starting services to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. TWA has filed for three daily flights to Washington National and plans to partner a regional airline to provide feed at Los Angeles. The airline will also start daily non-stop service from Ontario International Airport in Florida to St Louis, Missouri, from 1 June.
