Aegean Airlines will add 16 new international destinations to its network in 2015 as part of its strategy to help further develop the Greek tourism trade.

The carrier will next year launch service from Athens to the following destinations: Amsterdam; Deauville, France; Dubrovnik, Croatia; Helsinki; Kuwait City; Malta; Metz, France; Naples; Oslo; Paphos, Cyprus; Pisa, Italy; Riyadh; Tallinn; Tehran; Toulouse; and Yerevan, Armenia.

In addition to expanding its Athens operations, Aegean will also boost services from its regional bases in 2015.

Aegean will take delivery of seven new Airbus A320s between 2015 and 2016, which it plans to sell and lease back in a bid to boost cash flow.
