Dublin-based operating lessor Avolon Aerospace has completed its American Airlines A319 transaction with fourth and final delivery on 20 August.

The aircraft (MSN 5745) was financed from the proceeds from the May 2010 $400 million four-year tenor warehouse debt facility arranged by Union des Banques Suisses (UBS) with co-arrangers Crédit Agricole-Corporate Investment Bank (CA-CIB), Deutsche Bank, Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW).

Avolon mandated French bank BNP Paribas to arrange financing for the first two A319s leased to American Airlines last month. The secured commercial loan has a 10-year tenor with BNP Paribas acting as arranger, sole lender and facility agent.

A third aircraft was also financed through the warehouse facility.
