Danish regional carrier Sun-Air is to open services between Billund and Zurich from the end of April.

The airline is a franchise partner of British Airways.

It will operate the new route five days per week from 28 April, the company states.

Sun-Air chief Niels Sundberg says the route is in line with the company’s strategy to offer new connections in co-operation with local businesses.

It will serve the link with 32-seat Dornier 328Jet aircraft.
