Honda Aircraft revealed the first production HondaJet at the show. The aircraft is in final assembly with the first set of production GE Honda HF120 engines installed.
The manufacturer is shortly to start ground testing and maiden flight is anticipated this summer. The aircraft features a new green and gold paint scheme – the last reveal of the available exterior colour options.
Chief executive Michimasa Fujino says his key goals are achieving Federal Aviation Administration certification along with delivering the first customer aircraft in the first quarter of 2015.
