GMF AeroAsia will undergo C-checks on two MaxAir Boeing 747-300s from mid-March.

The Indonesian MRO firm adds that they will also replace seats and landing gear on the 747s, before receiving another aircraft in June for maintenance.

GMF states that each aircraft will be prepared under a one-month timeframe.

Flightglobal’s Ascend Fleets database shows that MaxAir operates a fleet of five 747s, all of which were built between the late 1980s and early 1990s.
