American Airlines' pilots have overwhelmingly accepted the latest terms of their new contract, removing any threat of strike and allowing the airline to confirm its exclusive purchase agreement with Boeing. The Allied Pilots Association voted 69 per cent in favour of the new contract, which provides a 9 per cent pay increase over five years.
