Spencer Dickerson, executive vice-president of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), has been named executive of AAAE affiliate the International Association of Airport Executives (IAAE). Will James, the AAAE's director of accreditation and training, becomes IAAE managing director for Canadian affairs.
