Brian Olds has been appointed senior vice-president for aircraft sales and leasing at service company AAR Engine Group, of Elk Grove Village, Illinois. He will oversee the company's acquisitions, sales and leasing operations. He was most recently executive vice-president and chief operating officer of Midway Airlines. Irvin R Lucas, formerly director of engine management with Northwest Airlines, has joined AAR in the newly created role of vice-president of inventory programmes. Jean-Phillipe Schumacher has become vice-president for AAR's trading activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He was most recently director of sales and marketing in France.
