Advanced Aerodynamics &Structures (AASI) has received the $2.5 million second instalment of a $10 million cash injection from an undisclosed investor after passing the composite fuselage pressurisation test required for US certification of the single-turboprop JetCruzer 500. AASI has 188 orders for the JetCruzer, representing a backlog of $226 million.
