Garuda Indonesia's new Executive Jet division may soon secure its first dedicated aircraft, probably a Boeing 737 or Fokker F28 that will be transferred from scheduled airline service. The division now relies on borrowing aircraft from the parent airline, but believes demand is sufficient to merit a dedicated aircraft equipped with 30-35 seats in corporate shuttle configuration. Garuda's board will soon decide which aircraft is committed to Executive Jet.
