American Blimp has received provisional US certification for its Lightship A-150, which has entered service on an aerial-advertising contract with Sanyo, and expects full certification during August. The airship, which has a 4,200m3 (150,000ft3) envelope, is also marketed for airborne surveillance, as the Spector 42.
