Airlines of Britain Holdings (ABH), the parent of British Midland Airways, has been renamed British Midland (BM). The renamed holding company, which is chaired by Sir Michael Bishop, continues to be 40% owned by SAS. BM is also the parent of British Midland Aviation Services (which incorporates BM Engineering and BM Handling Services).
