Airlines of Britain Holdings (ABH), the parent company of British Midland, Manx Airlines and Loganair, has appointed Stewart John as a non-executive director. He is the first non-executive board appointee who does not represent any of the Group's shareholders. He is currently vice-president of the Royal Aeronautical Society and president of the International Federation of Airworthiness.
