Chris Lyle, deputy director of ICAO's Air Transport Bureau, has had a progressive career spanning British Airways and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa as well as ICAO, where he has held a principal career position since 1989. His responsibilities encompass ICAO activities on the economic regulation of air carriers, airports, air navigation services and environmental protection.
