Richard Kennedy has been appointed general counsel and secretary of Atlantic Coast Airlines (ACA), of Sterling, Virginia. Kennedy has served British Aerospace since 1991, most recently directing legal and financial arrangements for airline, and aircraft transactions for subsidiary JSX Capital. He succeeds Mark Bisnow, who will continue as a consultant to ACA until the end of the year.
