ADR privatised

The Leonardo group has won the competition to acquire the state-owned Rome airports group ADR. The group, which includes Gemina, Impregilo, Falck and Italpetroli has acquired 51% of the airports group from IRI in a competition with groups led by ABN-Amro and Benetton. Later this year Leonardo will launch an offer to acquire the remainder of the shares.
