AEA
Ray Proctor has been appointed finance director of UK science and engineering services business AEA Technology, of Didcot, Oxfordshire. Until recently, Proctor was finance director and privatisation director of British Coal. AEA is the commercial division of the UK Atomic Energy Authority, due to be privatised in mid-1996.
