Frank Doyle has been appointed director of ground services in the UK for Irish national carrier Aer Lingus. He will have responsibility for airport operations and the airline's third-party handling business at the UK's London Heathrow and Manchester Airports. Doyle, formerly general manager for cargo, will be based at the company's regional headquarters in Hounslow.
