Aeroflot, Air France and Delta Air Lines have held more talks on the Russian flag carrier joining the SkyTeam Alliance, possibly by 2003. Aeroflot needs to upgrade its customer service to the SkyTeam standard, and bring its frequent flyer programme into line with its potential partners.
