EADS North America and Northrop Grumman have sold their Lake Charles, Louisiana-based Aeroframe Services partnership to Linden Street Capital of Memphis, Tennessee. Aeroframe Services’ 46,500m2 (500,000ft2) Chennault airport facility provides airliner maintenance, repair and overhaul, cabin refurbishment and conversions and painting and stripping services. Linden Street Capital manufactures and repairs replacement aircraft parts and provides on-wing support.
