First time show exhibitor AeroGo (booth A235) has been wowing visitors with its demonstration of the Aero-Caster transport system.Ideal for moving massive, heavy objects such as engines, aircraft mainframes and even Space Shuttle payload structures, the Aero-Caster floats on a bed of air, and can rotate 360˚ on its axis.
“Being highly manoeuvrable, the system is ideal for moving large, awkwardly shaped objects such as aircraft out of tight spaces,” says John Massenburg, director of sales. “We see the Asia-Pacific region as a high-growth area for us, especially since the OEMs are now outsourcing a lot of manufacturing and assembly to this area. This is the ideal place to reach the rest of the world.”
