Engine maintainer Aerothrust of Miami, Florida, has named Nicolas Finazzo vice-president and general counsel, the first in-house general counsel in its 50-year history. He was founder and president of Air Florida Commuter carrier Southern Express Airways, and vice-president of contracts for Greenwich Air Services.
