Business aircraft services company Air Partner Private Jets has signed a marketing agreement with Scandinavian operator Air Alsie, to act as its general sales agent for its large-cabin aircraft charter fleet in Russia and the CIS.
Sonderborg, Denmark-headquartered Air Alsie is one of the biggest private jet operators in Europe with 21 managed aircraft. The line-up includes two ultra-long-range Dassault Falcon 7Xs - the second of which joined the Air Alsie line-up earlier this month - two Falcon 2000EXs, a 900EX, Bombardier Challenger 300 and a Cessna Citation XLS.
UK-headquartered Air Partner says it is expanding its presence in the region as the "Russian charter market was booming pre-crisis". It says: "While there has been a slight reduction in use, as elsewhere, the long trend is upwards for Russian and CIS users, owing to their geographical location, personal security requirements and travel preferences."
