Air China has taken delivery of its first Airbus narrowbody, one of eight A319s it is to receive over the next two years. The aircraft will be operated by its Zhejiang-based subsidiary, formerly CNAC-Zhejiang, on high-density routes. The A319 order was placed last year after Air China dropped its deal for eight Pratt & Whitney PW6000-powered A318s.
