Air France will receive its first Airbus A318 next month, becoming the first airline to operate all four types in the A320 family. The aircraft is pictured following its roll-out at Airbus's Hamburg factory. The airline launched the CFM International CFM56-5B8/P-powered variant in 1999 when it placed 15 firm orders with 10 options, and should have four 117-seat A318s in service by the end of the year, alongside 39 A319s, 66 A320s and 13 A321s.
