Lynton Group has acquired UK general aviation charter and maintenance company Air Hanson after more than three months of negotiations. The sale marks the third acquisition in less than a year for the Morristown-New Jersey-based company.
In December 1997, Lynton snapped up Magec Aviation, a fixed base operator (FBO) at London Luton Airport, from GEC. Then it acquired US-based FBO JetSystems. Lynton is also eyeing US general aviation companies.
