Air Luxor is to open a new fixed based operation (FBO) in Spain later this year. The FBO, dubbed Air Luxor España, will be headquartered at Madrid's Torrejon Airport. The Portuguese operator, which is also a joint venture partner in the NetJetsEurope fractional ownership programme, operates 25 business jets.
