Freddy Karkaria has been appointed executive chairman at Air Seychelles. Karkaria, formerly Seychelles director-general of civil aviation, replaces Conrad Benoiton, who becomes managing director of the newly created Seychelles International Business Authority. Gilbert Faure, director of airport management, replaces Karkaria as director-general of civil aviation.
