AirAsia's long-haul operation AirAsia X has resumed its Kuala Lumpur-Tianjin service, after suspending it in November due to adverse weather conditions in north China.
It will resume operating the five times weekly service with Airbus A330 aircraft, instead of Airbus A340 aircraft, says AirAsia.
The change of aircraft "proved more economical with 34% increase in capacity", adds the carrier.
AirAsia X is the only airline operating on the route, according to Innovata.
