Airbus delivered 380 aircraft over the first three-quarters of 2010, 22 more than the figure achieved at the same stage last year.
By the end of September its total A320-family deliveries had hit 300, an increase of 10 on 2009, while its twin-aisle range had notched up 66.
Airbus has achieved 14 A380 deliveries so far this year, the latest being Emirates' 13th example, delivered on 28 September. The airframer is aiming to deliver at least 20 of the type in 2010.
Its order book for September recorded 38 more A320-family aircraft in the backlog, plus 40 twin-aisle types, bringing its gross order count to 379. Airbus' net figure, after changes and cancellations, was 328.
Airbus sealed agreements last month from Cathay Pacific, for 30 A350-900s, and Lufthansa for eight A330s, bound for its mainline operation as well as Swiss International Air Lines.
