Cathay Pacific Airways has placed orders for two Airbus A340-300s and one A330-300, due to be delivered in late 1998.
Monarch Airlines has ordered two Airbus A321-200s and two A330-200s, with options on two more, for delivery in April 1999. Korean Air has ordered four more A330s, which can be either -200s or -300s, for delivery in 1998-9.
EVA Air has ordered two McDonnell Douglas MD-11Fs for delivery in late 1997.
Brit Air has placed orders for four Canadair RJ 700s, with deliveries set to take place by late 2000. Great China Airlines is to buy six CRJ-700s.
British Airways Express carrier British Regional Airlines has ordered five Embraer 145s, for delivery by August 1997. Portugália Airlines has ordered four EMB.145s, plus two options, for delivery by November 1997.
