Lessor BOC Aviation has disclosed commitments for 50 new Boeing 737 Max 8s, as well as 70 Airbus A320neos. 

Announced on 31 March, the orders also include conversion rights to other variants of the respective narrowbody aircraft, says the Singapore-headquartered company.

The 737 Max 8s will be delivered through 2031, and take the lessor’s Boeing orders to 139 aircraft. BOC Aviation currently has 69 737 Max placed with over 15 airlines globally. 

The A320neos, meanwhile, will be delivered through 2032, and lift BOC Aviation’s Airbus orderbook to around 200 jets. The lessor owns 140 A320neos, according to its portfolio.
