Italy's two main airport operators, Milan-based SEA and Rome's ADR, are forging an alliance with the aim of investing in smaller regional terminals, several of which are undergoing privatisation. The partnership, which also involves the Riva industrial group, is preparing a list of "target" airports and raising finance for the scheme.
