National airports operator Airports of Thailand (AoT) has sold its 5% stake in duty-free firm King Power for 195.5 million baht ($5.9 million).
Its board approved the sale of 100,000 shares in the company at book value to the previous shareholder Aiyawatt Raksriaksorn, says the airports operator.
AoT also plans to sell stakes in four other associated companies: Airport Associated Company (10%), Airport Duty Free Company (10%), Thai Airport Ground Services Company (28.5%) and Fuel Pipeline Transportation (1.38%)
It is still looking for buyers for these shares, says an AoT spokeswoman.
