In the first stage of a fleet renewal programme, Albanian Airlines has taken delivery of its first BAE Systems BAe 146-200 to begin replacing Tupolev Tu-134s. It will be operated by Bulgarian regional carrier Hemus Air - which holds the air operating certificate for Albanian Airlines.
