Sir - Roger Anton's letter "Pilots' salaries for engineers?" (Flight International, 16-22 November, 1994, P34) is like comparing the organs of the human body to see which is the most vital.
It would be wiser not to compare any specialist with any other specialist. All are important in their own spheres and all form part of a chain.
