Technology manufacturing company AlliedSignal Aerospace, of Torrance, California, has appointed Robert Choulet senior vice-president of business strategy. His former position of President of AlliedSignal Engines, based in Phoenix, Arizona, will be filled by James Robinson, who was vice-president of regional and business-aviation propulsion.
