Lessor Amedeo’s finance vehicle Air Four Plus has acquired another Airbus A380 for lease to Middle Eastern operator Emirates.
It identifies the aircraft, purchased directly from Airbus, as MSN208.
Amedeo says the acquisition – through its wholly-owned subsidiary AA4P Zeta – comes at a net cost of $275 million.
As a result, it adds, Air Four Plus owns six A380s. All six have been leased to Dubai-based Emirates. The lease period is 12 years with fixed rentals for the duration.
