American Airlines says it will increase worker participation through a wide- ranging employee feedback and suggestion plan on ways to improve customer service. It is also to expand its pilots contract to allow it to start more flights to Asian destinations. At present it only flies directly to Tokyo Narita, but wants to fly to Hong Kong from Chicago.
