Ansett has appointed Capt. Trevor Jensen, to take up a newly created position as general manager operations. He will head its flight operations, general operations, safety, and security. The move is the latest in a series of changes following recommendations of the Bureau of Air Safety Investigation's report on a B747 landing accident at Sydney in November 1994.
