AOPA
The US Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), of Frederick, Maryland, has named vice-president and legislative-action executive director Thomas Chapman senior vice-president for Government and technical affairs. Chapman succeeds Steven Brown, who was recently appointed president of the National Aeronautic Association.
