Ariane 5 at sea

The upper stage for the next flight of the 10t payload capacity Ariane 5 ECA last week began its journey by sea from Bremen, Germany, to the launch site in Kourou, French Guiana. The next Ariane 5 ECA qualifying flight, expected this October, will carry a Spanish satellite and a satellite simulating test payload.
