Singapore is expected to sign within the next month a letter of agreement (LoA) to join the Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint Strike Fighter project as a security co-operation participant.
Singapore signed a letter of intent to join the project a year ago, and was due to sign an LoA late last year under the original schedule
