Matra BAe Dynamics has performed another test of the Advanced Short Range Air-to-Air Missile (ASRAAM). During the trial, an ASRAAM was fired by a Lockheed Martin F-16 against a QF-4 unmanned air vehicle in a look-down engagement. This tested the missile's ability to acquire a target against ground clutter.
