Astraeus operated its first revenue flight on 6 April, between London Gatwick and Malaga, using one of two Boeing 737-300s it is leasing. Two leased 737-700s will be added by the end of May. The UK start-up charter carrier will operate from Gatwick and Manchester, and has already has work commitments from some 22 tour operators.
