Atlas Air
Clark Onstad has become senior vice-president and general counsel at cargo carrier Atlas Air, of Golden, Colorado. Onstad, chief counsel to the US Federal Aviation Administration from 1977-81, was formerly a partner in a Washington DC law firm.
