Regional turboprop manufacturer ATR is establishing a technical support centre in Bangalore, India, where its largest customer Air Deccan is based. Last year ATR won an order from the carrier for 30 ATR 72-500s, plus 20 orders from Mumbai-based Kingfisher Airlines, which on 19 February ordered 15 more of the type.
