Metal Injection Mouldings (Hall 3, Stand A4) comes to Farnborough with the plan to bring its manufacturing of small steel components with intricate detail to a wider audience. The company's process can produce complex shapes and fine detail similar to die castings or plastic mouldings. The difference is that the parts in question are made in a range of low alloy steels, stainless steels, nickel and cobalt alloys, magnetic alloys and bronze.
